Edition 2025 — Fried Dumpling Festival
The 2025 edition of the Fried Dumpling Festival took place at the Bisuschio Festa Area on the weekends of July 4-6 and 11-12, featuring Emilian fried dumplings, cured meats, and squacquerone, along with a rich program of live music, in support of civil protection.
The 2025 festival animated the Bisuschio Festa Area over two weekends, with fried dumplings served with cured meats, cheeses, and squacquerone. The music program featured The Raw Boys (folk/blues), Mojo Working (blues rock'n'roll), and a DJ set with pop music, followed by Lionheads (Scottish folk) and Folk Heads to close. The event, managed by the Mobile Emergency Response Unit with the Alpini Group, combined taste, music, and solidarity.
