Bisteccando – Dining with the White Giant

In 2025, Bisteccando – Dining with the White Giant celebrated its 17th edition in Manciano, a village of Castiglion Fiorentino (AR), over the weekends of August 22-24 and 29-31. At the "Emanuele Buracchi" Multipurpose Center, food stands opened every evening at 7:30 PM, with lunch service provided on Sundays.

The absolute star was the Chianina steak, the "White Giant" of the Val di Chiana, served in 500g or 1kg portions, accompanied by national beef steaks, pizza, appetizers, and pasta dishes. The evenings were brought to life by ballroom and revival orchestras, creating a festive atmosphere enjoyed by families and visitors alike.
