2025 Edition — the 35th Festival
The thirty-fifth edition of the Biscotto Castriciano Festival was held on Sunday, August 10, 2025, in the historic center of Castroreale (ME), between Piazza Duomo and Piazza delle Aquile. The evening was enlivened by the "Atmosfera blu" orchestra and comedian Kaneba, in a program of music, entertainment, and folk dances.
The Biscotti Castriciani were provided by the town's two bakeries, Elisa Rappazzo and Lucia Rappazzo, while the lemon granita was prepared by local bars. The event, organized by the Pro Loco Artemisia and chaired by Professor Maria Concetta Sclafani, confirmed the success of a celebration that attracts numerous visitors to the medieval village in the province of Messina every year.
