Bisacquino Festival of Excellence

The second edition of the Bisacquino Festival of Excellence was held in June 2025, continuing the path started the previous year to promote the agricultural products of the Sicani Mountains village. As per tradition, the event brought together producers, institutions, and visitors at the Civic Museum around the local specialties: busacchinara onion, extra virgin olive oil, honey, ancient grain pasta, and other typical products.

The day alternated between moments of discussion and tastings, with stands dedicated to local producers and the inauguration of the Village of Excellence. The edition confirmed the event as a reference point for the Municipality of Bisacquino and for the promotion of inland Sicily, laying the foundations for the third edition in 2026.
