Biomercato in Certosa

The 2025 edition

Throughout 2025, the Biomercato in Certosa maintained its weekly rhythm at the Parco della Certosa at Via Galeazzo Alessi 122, in Rome. Every Saturday morning, stalls from small organic farms in Lazio brought seasonal fruits and vegetables, cheese, eggs, honey, extra virgin oil, preserves, and fresh pasta to the garden, with direct producer-to-consumer sales that have been the hallmark of the market since its inception as a solidarity purchasing group.

Alongside shopping, the activities that animate the park continued: workshops for children, social moments, and community lunches open to neighborhood residents. During the summer, the market extended its hours into the afternoon, with tastings and live music that transformed some days into true neighborhood festivals until sunset.

As always, access to the park and the market was free.
