Edition 2025 — Biolcheria Festival
The 2025 edition of the Festa in Biolcheria confirmed the success of the gastronomic fair in Longhena, in the Bassa Bresciana. For several evenings, the village festival area was filled with visitors drawn by the famous casoncelli and traditional peasant dishes, served by volunteers in 'biòlc' costume.
Among tripe, spit-roasted meat with polenta, braised meat, and local specialties, the festival reaffirmed its role as an identity event for the community, capable of uniting rural heritage, good food, and solidarity efforts.
