A ride for the little ones

Bimbimbici is the bike ride dedicated to children and families that enlivens Rho, a municipality in the Province of Milan, every spring. Promoted by FIAB Rho by Bike with the patronage of the Municipality, it is part of the national FIAB (Italian Federation Environment and Bicycle) initiative aimed at promoting the use of bicycles among young people.

From the square to the park

The meeting point is in Piazza Jannacci, from where a cheerful cycling parade sets off, crossing the city to reach the picturesque Fontanile Costa Azzurra, in the heart of the Olona Local Inter-municipal Park (PLIS). A quiet and safe ride, designed to be accessible to everyone, even the youngest cyclists.

Games, workshops, and picnics

Upon arrival at the park, participants will find a festive area with outdoor picnics, games, workshops, and activities for everyone, often coinciding with initiatives like Mulino Day. A moment of socializing and connecting with nature that complements the cycling experience.

Sustainable mobility and community

More than just a outing, Bimbimbici is an opportunity to promote sustainable mobility and environmental education, involving the families of Rho in a day dedicated to greenery and cycling. An event that combines fun, health, and environmental awareness, in the spirit of the FIAB network.
