Edition 2025 — Bigul al Torc Festival

The XXIII Bigul al Torc Festival took place in Canaro from June 20th to 29th, 2025, in Piazza Bersaglieri d'Italia. Ten days dedicated to 'bigoli al torchio', grilled meats, and fish, with dancing evenings and live orchestras under the Pro Loco's stand.

The XXIII Bigul al Torc Festival enlivened Canaro, in the province of Rovigo, from June 20th to 29th, 2025. In Piazza Bersaglieri d'Italia, the covered stand of the Pro Loco Canaro opened every evening at 7:30 PM, offering traditional 'bigoli al torchio' alongside grilled meats, fried fish, and desserts.

Each evening was accompanied by orchestras and musical groups for 'liscio' dancing, in a spirit of popular celebration that has characterized this Polesine festival for over twenty years.
