BIF&ST – Bari International Film&TV Festival

The 16th edition of the BIF&ST – Bari International Film&TV Festival took place from March 22 to 29, 2025, marking the start of a new chapter under the artistic direction of Oscar Iarussi. The festival featured approximately 125 films and 140 events in single screenings, including world, European, and Italian premieres.

The opening night at the Teatro Petruzzelli presented «Le assaggiatrici» by Silvio Soldini. Among the most anticipated moments was the major retrospective dedicated to Nanni Moretti for his fifty years in cinema, featuring fourteen films and a meeting with the director. Screenings were distributed between the Petruzzelli, Kursaal Santalucia, Multicinema Galleria, and AncheCinema, alongside the traditional Meridiana international competition and the For Italian Cinema section.
