Edition 2025 — Bico Festival

The 26th edition of the Bico Festival took place in Piazze di Cetona between late June and early July 2025, spread over two weekends as per tradition. In 2025, the wood-fired stuffed bico was once again the star of the evenings, accompanied by live music and dance nights that attracted visitors from the Val di Chiana and Umbria.

The 2025 edition of the Bico Festival confirmed the success of one of the most heartfelt gastronomic events in southern Tuscany. In Piazze, a hamlet of Cetona (Siena), the food stall offered bico stuffed with local cured meats and cheeses every evening, along with other traditional peasant specialties. As every year, the festival was spread over two weekends, animated by dance orchestras and musical evenings that made the village a convivial meeting point for the entire community and the many visitors who also arrived from nearby Umbria.
