The July 5, 2025 edition

The July 5, 2025 edition of Bentornata Castania brought the ancient village of Castania, the historic center of Castell'Umberto, to life with an evening divided into several moments. Starting in the late afternoon, guided tours took place through the alleys, churches, and ruins of the medieval village. In the evening, the live music performance by the Gemino jazz-world-quartet brought jazz and world sounds among the ruins, followed late at night by a DJ set under the stars. A photography contest to capture the unique atmosphere of the place completed the program. The event, promoted as part of the enhancement of the Castania territory, confirmed the village's vocation as a setting for slow and cultural tourism in the Nebrodi, in the Province of Messina.
