Edition 2025 — Croce Prize

The 20th edition of the Benedetto Croce National Culture Prize was held in Pescasseroli from July 24 to 26, 2025. Three days of meetings, presentations, and screenings, with the awards ceremony hosted by Dacia Maraini. Winners: Simona Dolce (Fiction), Marzio Breda and Stefano Caretti (Non-Fiction), and Francesca Mannocchi (Journalistic Literature), with a special award to Piero Genovesi.

2025 Edition (XX)

The twentieth edition of the Benedetto Croce National Culture Prize took place in Pescasseroli, in the province of L'Aquila, from July 24 to 26, 2025. The event featured three days of meetings with authors, book presentations, and film screenings, accompanied by the exhibition "Benedetto Croce and Dante".

The awards ceremony, hosted by Dacia Maraini, honored Simona Dolce for Fiction (Il vero nome di Rosamund Fischer), Marzio Breda and Stefano Caretti for Non-Fiction (Il Nemico di Mussolini), and Francesca Mannocchi for Journalistic Literature (Sulla mia Terra), with a special award given to Piero Genovesi.
