Edition 2025 — Belpasso Film Festival

The second edition of the Belpasso Film Festival took place from November 20 to 22, 2025, at the Teatro Nino Martoglio in Belpasso, featuring 16 short films in competition on the theme 'Sicily through the lens'. The event's godmother was actress Barbara Bouchet, who received a lifetime achievement award. Three days of school screenings, public evening sessions with director Q&As, and a grand finale awards gala with numerous guests from Italian cinema.

The second edition of the Belpasso Film Festival was held from November 20 to 22, 2025, at the Teatro Nino Martoglio in Belpasso (Catania), reaffirming the theme 'Sicily through the lens'. The competition featured 16 short films, selected for their narrative quality in the section curated by Beppe Manno, under the artistic direction of Massimo Condorelli.

The days of November 20 and 21 alternated between morning screenings reserved for schools and public evening sessions with director Q&As; the grand finale awards gala took place on November 22. The godmother of the edition was actress Barbara Bouchet, who was honored with a Lifetime Achievement Award. Guests and award winners included Andrea Roncato, Tony Sperandeo, Domenico Centamore, Sara Ricci, and Tuccio Musumeci, alongside recognitions for professionals such as cinematographer Sebastiano Celeste and producer Antonio Chiaramonte. The event was hosted by Salvo La Rosa and Antonello Musmeci.
