Edition 2025 — Bellaria Film Festival

The 43rd edition of the Bellaria Film Festival took place from May 7th to 11th, 2025, setting a record with a 50% increase in tickets sold and accreditations compared to the previous year. The program included 58 films, 38 of which were Italian premieres, across the Casa Rossa and Gabbiano competitions. This confirms the growing success of the festival dedicated to young and independent Italian cinema on the Romagna Riviera.

The 43rd edition of the Bellaria Film Festival was held from May 7th to 11th, 2025 in Bellaria-Igea Marina, setting a record with a 50% increase in tickets sold and accreditations compared to the previous year. The program featured 58 films, including 38 Italian premieres.

The Casa Rossa Award for best Italian film (€5,000) went to Real by Adele Tulli, while the International Casa Rossa was won by Monólogo Colectivo by Jessica Sarah Rinland. The Gabbiano Competition awarded Così com'è by Antonello Scarpelli (€3,000), and the award for cinematic innovation went to La montagna magica by Micol Roubini. The Special BFF43 Award was given to Maura Delpero for Vermiglio. The event concluded on Sunday, May 11th, with the premiere of Hot Milk by Rebecca Lenkiewicz.
