Edition 2025 — Before it Happens

In 2025, Palazzo Re Rebaudengo in Guarene experienced an intense season marking the thirtieth anniversary of the Fondazione Sandretto Re Rebaudengo. Starting May 24, the three final exhibitions of the Young Curators Residency Programme were inaugurated, followed in the autumn by the major exhibition La bella estate dedicated to the art of the nineties. A celebratory year between contemporary art and the Roero hills.

The 2025 season at Palazzo Re Rebaudengo in Guarene opened on May 24 with the three final exhibitions of the 19th edition of the Young Curators Residency Programme coordinated by Michele Bertolino: M.U.E. Uprooted Souls (Andrea Di Lorenzo and Byron Gago), Have You Seen Two Animals Fighting? (Valentina Furian), and Deltitnu.

In the autumn, to mark the thirtieth anniversary of the Fondazione Sandretto Re Rebaudengo, the palace hosted La bella estate, an exhibition dedicated to the art of the nineties curated by Tom Eccles, Liam Gillick, and Mark Rappolt, as part of a program spread throughout Piedmont.
