Edition 2025 — Befana's Plunge
On Monday, January 6, 2025, Epiphany Day, the beach of Tagliata di Cervia hosted a record-breaking edition of the Befana's Plunge, with over two hundred participants registered for the collective swim. The day, organized by Pro Loco Riviera dei Pini, began at 8 AM with the mountain bike ride by Gruppo Aquilotti di Cervia.
From 10 AM, viale Sicilia and viale Italia came alive with the artisans' market and food trucks, while the Pro Loco's Casina opened mid-morning with local products. After entertainment and music, at 3 PM the grand plunge into the Adriatic symbolically kicked off the year, followed by awards for the most original costumes in front of a large, festive crowd.
