Befana Flight 2025
On January 6, 2025, Ruffano celebrated the Epiphany with the traditional Befana Flight. Starting at 5:30 PM, the festively decorated historic center welcomed hundreds of adults and children for the spectacular descent of the Befana, who tossed gifts to the little ones from above.
The evening, made magical by festive lights, Christmas markets, and food stalls, also featured the traveling Magic Circus show. The event, broadcast live on the radio by Radio System, was organized by the V.E.R.A. "Vito Pellegrino" Civil Protection of Aradeo together with other local associations, marking the end of the Christmas program of the Municipality of Ruffano, in the province of Lecce.
