Bayer International Junior Tournament of Salsomaggiore

The 2025 edition of the Bayer International Junior Tournament in Salsomaggiore Terme, the 42nd in the series, confirmed the extraordinary appeal of the Emilia-Romagna event: 648 participants from 61 nations (326 boys and 322 girls) competed on the clay courts of the local Tennis Club. After the qualifiers on April 26, the main draws began on April 28, with the semi-finals on May 3 accompanied by a wheelchair tennis exhibition and the finals on May 4. Among the Italian participants were Vito Antonio Darderi and Carla Giambelli, confirming the tournament's role as a showcase for young Italian and international talents.
