Battiti d'Estate in Casal Bertone

The 2025 edition in Piazza Santa Maria Consolatrice

The 2025 edition of Battiti d'Estate enlivened the square of Casal Bertone, in the Rome IV Municipality, for several evenings in late June with a program of free open-air cinema and live performances.

The screenings, all at 9:30 PM and with free admission, featured Elvis on June 21, Kung Fu Panda 4 on June 22 for younger audiences, and Romeo è Giulietta on June 27. The following weekend was dedicated to comedy theatre: an evening with the Cattivi Amici company and a tribute to Ettore Petrolini, the foundational mask of Roman popular theatre, brought to the stage by Stefano Antonucci and Gian Cro.

The initiative was part of the network of summer arenas of Rome Capital, the circuit of open-air cinemas that brings screens to the city's parks and squares every year between June and September.
