Battifolle Maccherone Festival

In 2025, the Battifolle Maccherone Festival reached its 43rd edition, taking place over two weekends: from May 30 to June 2 and from June 5 to 8. The festival restaurant, set up in the Sports Zone of the village of Battifolle (Municipality of Arezzo), opened for dinner from 7:00 PM and, on holidays, also for lunch from 12:00 PM. The undisputed star, as every year since 1981, was the Aretine maccherone — hand-rolled egg tagliatelle served with meat ragù. The evenings were enlivened by the usual ballroom orchestras and entertainment for the youth, in the festive and convivial atmosphere typical of festivals in the province of Arezzo.
