Edition 2025 — Batailles de Reines
The 68th Regional Final of the Batailles de Reines was held at the Croix-Noire arena in Aosta on the weekend of October 25 and 26, 2025, featuring the 'Combats du Samedi' (Saturday Fights) and the grand Sunday final.
In the First Category, the title went to Suisse, from the Ymac Frassy-Letey farm in Arvier, winner for the second consecutive year, ahead of Marmotta. In the Second Category, Berline, from the Charbonnier family in Aosta, emerged victorious, while the Third Category showcased the best cows selected during the season.
The event attracted hundreds of spectators — local enthusiasts, tourists, and delegations from outside the region and from neighboring Switzerland — to celebrate the strength and pride of the Valdostana breed, confirming the Batailles de Reines as an identity symbol of the Aosta Valley.
