Edition 2025 — Bassa Centrico in Novellara
The Bassa Centrico Festival is a newly established event, with its first edition held in 2026. In 2025, there wasn't yet a spread-out review with this name uniting the eight municipalities of the Bassa Reggiana. However, in Novellara, in the province of Reggio Emilia, the cultural experiences that the festival later networked were already active and accessible: the openings of the Rocca Gonzaghesca with the Gonzaga Museum and the frescoes by Lelio Orsi, the nature excursions organized by the CAI section in the reclaimed valleys, and the events at Parco Augusto Daolio. This fabric of offerings, along with the promotion of the Lands of the Po River and the Gonzaga, formed the foundation upon which the Bassa Centrico Festival was born in 2026.
