Edition 2025 — Bassa Centrico

In 2025, the Bassa Centrico Festival had not yet been established: its first edition was held at the end of May 2026. However, in previous years, the territory of the Bassa Reggiana Union and particularly Guastalla already offered a rich calendar of initiatives — exhibitions at the Ducal Palace, guided tours, excursions along the Po, and food and wine events — which laid the groundwork for the widespread festival.

The Bassa Centrico Festival debuted in 2026: therefore, there is no 2025 edition of the festival. In the years preceding its creation, however, Guastalla and the other Municipalities of the Lands of the Po and the Gonzaga already offered numerous cultural and natural initiatives — exhibitions at the Ducal Palace, walks along the Via Matildica del Volto Santo, boat trips on the river, and food and wine festivals of the Bassa Reggiana. It is from this shared heritage that the idea of a large, widespread event capable of uniting the eight Municipalities on a single stage was born.
