Basilicata Novel Festival

In 2025, the Basilicata Novel Festival involved Pisticci, Potenza, Matera, Venosa, Nemoli, and Montalbano Jonico in a journey to promote reading aloud. Each municipality adopted a book of the month, around which reading groups, diction workshops, themed installations, and podcasts were developed. The grand finale at the end of October brought communities together for public readings, musical, theatrical, and artistic performances, and the Reading Market, confirming the festival's vocation to make reading a shared experience rooted in the territories.
