Edition 2025 — Bartolaccio Festival
In 2025, the Bartolaccio Festival returned to animate Tredozio, in the Province of Forlì-Cesena, on the two Sundays of November 2 and 9. The food stalls, managed by the volunteers of the Pro Loco of Tredozio, opened from 11 AM serving the famous bartolaccio ("bartlàz"), the potato, pancetta, and pecorino turnover cooked on the griddle.
Alongside the signature dish, the Apennine autumn menu featured: polenta with wild boar, paciarella, desserts, and roasted chestnuts accompanied by Sangiovese wine and mulled wine. The village streets hosted a market of typical products and crafts, a photographic exhibition, and performances by street artists, with free admission.
