Baroque. The Great Theatre of Ideas

The 2025 edition of the exhibition at the San Domenico Civic Museum in Forlì, titled The Artist's Portrait. In Narcissus' Mirror. The Face, the Mask, the Selfie, was held from February 23 to June 29, 2025.

The exhibition brought together over 200 works in thirteen sections, from the myth of Narcissus to the contemporary selfie, with masterpieces by Botticelli, Tintoretto, Dürer, Hayez, Giovanni Bellini, and many others, from the Uffizi, the Bargello, the Galleria Doria Pamphilj, and the Musée d'Orsay in Paris. The exhibition consolidated Forlì's tradition of major thematic exhibitions at San Domenico.
