Barge Carnival

The 2025 edition of the Barge Carnival took place between Friday, February 28, and Saturday, March 1. The official masks Gian and Gina were portrayed by Stefano Comba and Caterina Picco. On Friday evening, the official investiture took place with the handing over of the keys by Mayor Ivo Beccaria, followed by the Carnival dinner with a grand mixed boiled meat platter at the Palacarlevè and DJ Enzo. On Saturday, March 1, the program featured, at 10:30 AM, the historical presentation Carnival through time at the Geymonat room of the municipal library; at 2:30 PM, activities for children with entertainment and face painting; at 7:30 PM, dinner with polenta and stew; and at 8:30 PM, the nocturnal parade of allegorical floats with DJ Matteo Dianti. A great celebration that confirmed the vitality of the Barge carnival tradition.
