Edition 2025 — Barbiano Plum Weeks

The 17th edition of the Barbianer Zwetschkenwochen took place from August 30 to September 14, 2025, in Barbiano/Barbian. For two weeks, local restaurants offered plum-based dishes and shops sold plum bread, plum cheese, and dried fruit. Guided hikes along the Plum Trail were held on September 2, 9, and 16, while the Zwetschkenfest concluded the event on Sunday, September 14.

2025 Edition

The 17th edition of the Barbiano Plum Weeks was held from August 30 to September 14, 2025, in Barbiano/Barbian, in the Isarco Valley (South Tyrol). For two weeks, local inns, including Gasthof Zur Traube, Rösslwirt, Messnerhof, Saubacherhof, and others, offered traditional plum-based dishes, while shops sold plum bread, jams, and dried fruit.

Hikes and final festival

Guided hikes along the Plum Trail were held on September 2, 9, and 16. The concluding Zwetschkenfest took place on Sunday, September 14, from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM, featuring plum specialties and live music by the Lengsteiner Böhmische group and the Duo Flexibel.
