Edition 2025 — Bancarellino

The 68th edition of the Bancarellino Prize was held on May 24, 2025, in Pontremoli, in Piazza della Repubblica. As per tradition, middle school students determined the winner from the titles selected through the Reading Project, meeting the finalist authors in the historic center of the Lunigiana town.

In 2025, the Bancarellino Prize celebrated its 68th edition, awarding Paola Barbato for Horror game (Piemme). On that occasion too, the winner was chosen by young readers from middle schools participating in the Reading Project, who enlivened Piazza della Repubblica in Pontremoli by meeting the finalist authors and voting for their favorite book. The event confirmed its vocation as a great celebration of children's reading in the heart of the Tuscan Lunigiana.
