Bagna Cauda Day

Bagna Cauda Day 2025 confirmed the widespread formula that made the event famous: the same menu for 30 euros in all participating venues, local wines at 15 euros per bottle, and the customary traffic light system (red, yellow, and green) to guide diners through the different versions of the dish. The slogan for the year was "Let's use our heads", accompanied by an illustration by Raffaele Iachetti depicting a large head of garlic on the official bib.

The 2025 edition further expanded the event's international reach, with twin tables in Shanghai, New York, Tokyo, and London, and reaffirmed the charitable and environmental spirit of the festival, with proceeds also destined for the Bosco degli Astigiani project in the Viatosto area, in the Municipality of Asti.
