Edition 2025 — Bagna Caoda Tarantasca

In 2025, the Pro Loco of Tarantasca and the ADAS Blood Donors Group once again hosted the Bagna Caoda Dinner at the Salone Polivalente on Via Pino Isasca. An evening dedicated to the iconic dish of the Piedmontese tradition, which brings the local community together every year, combining taste, conviviality, and support for blood donors.

The 2025 edition of the Bagna Caoda Dinner confirmed the vitality of a deeply rooted tradition in Tarantasca, in the Province of Cuneo. As every year, the Pro Loco and the ADAS Blood Donors Group prepared the Salone Polivalente on Via Pino Isasca to host the large table dedicated to the hot Piedmontese sauce.

Bagna caoda, with its dip of garlic, anchovies, and oil served with raw and cooked vegetables, was once again the star of an evening focused on sharing. The event also represented a moment of concrete solidarity, supporting the activities of local blood donors.
