Back to the Style Street Dance Festival

In 2025, Back to the Style celebrated its thirteenth edition, titled "Lucca, City of Street Dance 2025." From March 6 to 9, over 1,500 dancers from 15 nations—including Italy, Lithuania, Spain, France, Slovenia, Estonia, Poland, Sweden, Kazakhstan, Cyprus, Korea, Japan, China, Switzerland, Germany, and England—transformed the city into a large, widespread stage.

The program, curated by Emozione Danza, took place between the Real Collegio, the new Palestra Ducale Maria Luisa, the Teatro San Girolamo, and the squares of the center. Among the most followed moments were the Saturday 1vs1 battles and the Sunday afternoon choreographic contest, accompanied by the Creative Zone, the Walking Dance Tour, and completely free workshops for all participating dancers.
