Edition 2025 — Bacco, Tabasco e Venere

On November 15 and 16, 2025, the Borgo Pignatari of Maddaloni hosted "Bacco, Tabasco e Venere," the Wine Festival curated by the APS Pro Loco "San Michele" together with the APS Castrum and the Youth Forum, with the patronage of the Municipality. Two days of tastings, crafts, folk music, and traditional dances, with the Palio delle Botti on Sunday afternoon and evening concerts by Taranterrae, 'A Cumba, and Francesco Di Bella.

The 2025 edition of "Bacco, Tabasco e Venere" took place on Saturday, November 15, and Sunday, November 16, in the Borgo Pignatari of Maddaloni, in the province of Caserta. The event was organized by the APS Pro Loco "San Michele" with the APS Castrum and the Youth Forum, with the support of the Municipality of Maddaloni.

Saturday began at 10:00 AM with a pre-event dedicated to students from the Don Gnocchi High School, who were taken on a guided tour of the village; at 7:00 PM, the official opening featured food and wine tastings, craft exhibitions, folk music, and traditional dances, followed in the evening by a performance by Taranterrae in the area of the Church of San Benedetto.

On Sunday, tastings resumed at noon — caciocavallo impiccato, roasted artichokes, traditional pasta, roasted chestnuts, fried pizzas, and cuoppi — with wines from the Azienda Vinicola Castelle of Castelvenere. At 3:00 PM, the Palio delle Botti was held between teams; in the evening, concerts by 'A Cumba, with a tribute to Fabrizio De André, and Francesco Di Bella of 24 Grana closed the festival. Entertainment for children was provided on both days, and the Church of San Benedetto remained open to visitors.
