Edition 2025 — Bacco nelle Gnostre

The twenty-second edition of Bacco nelle Gnostre took place on Saturday, November 8, and Sunday, November 9, 2025, in the historic center of Noci. Two days dedicated to new wine, roasted chestnuts, and the flavors of Puglia, featuring fifteen wineries, over fifty street food stalls along the Estramurale dei Sapori, thirteen musical ensembles, exhibitions, and performances among the village's 'gnostre'.

Bacco nelle Gnostre 2025

The 22nd edition of Bacco nelle Gnostre was held in Noci on November 8-9, 2025, organized by the Parco Letterario Formiche di Puglia with the patronage of the Municipality of Noci and the Puglia Region. On Saturday, the food and wine route opened in the late afternoon, while on Sunday, the stalls were accessible from the early afternoon until evening.

The stars were the Piatto di Bacco 2025 and the Focaccella di Bacco, with fifteen local and regional wineries offering tastings and over fifty stalls along the Estramurale dei Sapori. Thirteen musical ensembles enlivened the village, featuring a show by Tonino Carotone and Zinharua on Sunday, as well as aerial dances by the Circo Bianco company. The Municipal Palace and the Cloister of the Clarisse hosted photography exhibitions, contemporary art, and video projections for the "Food and Future" contest.

Programme

Saturday, November 8: Opening of the food and wine route in the late afternoon, literary recital, tastings in the wineries, street food along the Estramurale dei Sapori, roving concerts. Sunday, November 9: Stalls open from early afternoon, show by Tonino Carotone and Zinharua, aerial dances by Circo Bianco, exhibitions in the Municipal Palace and the Cloister of the Clarisse.
