Baccano a Montecampano - Festa del Vino

The 2025 edition of Baccano a Montecampano confirmed the formula of the Wine Festival that each autumn transforms the alleys of the Amelia hamlet into a journey of taste. The food stands offered a rich repertoire of local cuisine – fregnacce, coratella, polenta, porchetta, chestnuts, and much more – accompanied by local wine.

As tradition dictates, in the village streets, the euro gave way to 'bacchi', the playful currency of the festival, while music and dancing enlivened the center. Organized by the local Pro Loco (tourism association), the event reaffirmed its role among the most characteristic autumn sagre (local festivals) in this corner of southern Umbria, faithful to the motto 'Where wine reigns, silence does not'.
