Edition 2025 — Bomarzo Baccalà Festival

The 13th edition of the Bomarzo Baccalà Festival took place between the second half of July and the beginning of August 2025, for a total of nine evenings. The food stalls in the historic center offered salt cod in numerous traditional preparations, from appetizers to fried and grilled fillets to desserts, all accompanied by live music on warm summer evenings.

2025 Baccalà Festival in Bomarzo

The 2025 edition, the 13th, of the Baccalà Festival was held in Bomarzo (VT) over nine evenings distributed between July and August. Organized by the Associazione Valori Bomarzo, the festival offered salt cod in many variations of Tuscia popular cuisine: appetizers, ravioli, fried and grilled fillets, sweet and sour versions, and the delicious salt cod cream tart. Each evening was enlivened by live music, confirming the success of a very popular event in the village of the Park of the Monsters.
