Edition 2025 — Bacanal del Gnoco
The 2025 edition of the Bacanal del Gnoco confirmed the vitality of one of Europe's oldest carnival traditions. After the investiture of the Papà del Gnoco at the beginning of the year, the celebrations culminated in Gnocolar Friday, with the parade of allegorical floats and masked groups that crossed Verona to Piazza San Zeno. The festival, deeply linked to the identity of the district and the city, combined spectacle, gastronomy, and solidarity, keeping alive a history rooted in 1531.
