Edition 2025 — Babbalucia Festival

In 2025, the Babbalucia Festival returned to enliven Sambuca di Sicilia during the All Saints' long weekend, confirming the autumn appointment dedicated to the land snail. Between Piazza della Vittoria and the San Sebastiano Complex, there were tastings of babbaluci and typical products, oil and wine masterclasses, showcooking, guided tours of local farms, crafts, children's shows, and live music.

Babbalucia Festival 2025

The 2025 edition of the Babbalucia Festival took place in Sambuca di Sicilia, in the province of Agrigento, during the All Saints' long weekend. The festival confirmed the format that has made it popular since its debut: the babbalucia, the land snail that is a symbol of Sicilian cuisine, was the star of tastings and traditional dishes.

Throughout the days, spread between Piazza della Vittoria and the San Sebastiano Complex, there were food stalls, oil and wine masterclasses with local producers, showcooking, guided tours to discover local businesses, crafts, and insights into snail farming. There was no shortage of children's shows, entertainment, and live music in the evenings, during a weekend that brought visitors to one of Italy's Most Beautiful Villages.
