Avesa Community Festival

The 48th edition of the Avesa Community Festival was held from May 23rd to June 2nd, 2025, featuring an extensive program for all ages over two weekends. Organized by the Parish of San Martino Vescovo with the patronage of the 2nd District of Verona, it offered traditional dishes served under the arches of the ancient monastery next to the church: risotto al tastasal, bigoli, polenta and baccalà, luccio, pastissada, French fries, and strauben.

The cultural program included, from May 29th, painting exhibitions in the NOI Club spaces with rooms dedicated to the works of Paolo Lodi and Sergio Perina, and a room reserved for the exhibition "Life of Mary in Art, from the 14th to the 15th Century". There was also space for children, with an area managed by teenagers aged 13 to 15, and solidarity initiatives in the green area of Villa Cartolari, with stalls from the Centro Aiuto Vita and an artisan market organized by the Missionary Group.

2025 Program

• Evening food stalls with traditional Veronese dishes under the monastery arches.
• From May 29th: painting exhibitions (Paolo Lodi, Sergio Perina) and "Life of Mary in Art, from the 14th to the 15th Century" exhibition at the NOI Club.
• Children's area managed by local teenagers.
• Solidarity initiatives at Villa Cartolari: Centro Aiuto Vita stalls and artisan market by the Missionary Group (May 29th – June 2nd).
• DJ sets and live evenings featuring emerging bands.
