Edition 2025 — Autumn Tortellone Festival

In autumn 2025, the hamlet of Bevilacqua, in Crevalcore, once again hosted the Autumn Tortellone Festival under the heated marquee of the Via Riga sports field. Organized by A.S.D. Bevilacqua FC Calcio, the festival re-offered the now-established menu of all types of tortelloni and dishes from the peasant cuisine of the Bassa bolognese, confirming itself as an anticipated event of the town's gastronomic season.

The 2025 edition of the Autumn Tortellone Festival in Bevilacqua (Crevalcore) confirmed the formula that has made this festival popular in the Bassa bolognese: the covered and heated marquee at the Via Riga sports field, the wide selection of homemade tortelloni – pumpkin, ricotta and spinach, green, red, and special house versions – and traditional peasant main courses, from the grill to fried frogs.

As is tradition, the autumn event was enlivened by the volunteers of A.S.D. Bevilacqua FC Calcio, with musical evenings and convivial moments that attracted visitors from Crevalcore and neighboring municipalities. The positive experience of 2025 paved the way for the 2026 edition.
