Edition 2025 — Autumn Frog Festival

The fourth edition of the Poggio Renatico Autumn Frog Festival took place from November 14 to 16, 2025, at Parco 1° Maggio. In the covered and heated stand, volunteers from the Chiesa Nuova Sports Club offered Ferrara's traditional frog-based specialties, with fish and meat menus and live music to set the scene for the autumn evenings.

The 2025 edition, the fourth of the autumn version, was held from Friday, November 14 to Sunday, November 16 at Parco 1° Maggio in Poggio Renatico. The gastronomic stand, covered and heated, opened at 7:00 PM on Friday and Saturday, while Sunday was dedicated solely to lunch.

As tradition dictates, frog dishes — risotto, tagliolines, tortellinos, fried and stewed frogs — were the stars, accompanied by fish and meat options. The evenings were enlivened by music from orchestras, with the usual village festival atmosphere fostered by the volunteers of the Polisportiva Chiesa Nuova.
