Edition 2025 — Autumn Cappelletto

In 2025, the Autumn Cappelletto Festival was held over two weekends, from September 25 to 28 and from October 2 to 5, in the Parish Area of Saints Peter and Paul in Vigarano Pieve. In this edition too, the air-conditioned stand of the Comitato Pro Civitate celebrated the handmade cappelletto in capon broth, in the trio, and in the "rich and poor" recipe.

The 2025 edition of the Autumn Cappelletto Festival took place in Vigarano Pieve, a hamlet of Vigarano Mainarda (FE), over two weekends: from September 25 to 28 and from October 2 to 5. As tradition dictates, the air-conditioned parish stand of the Comitato Pro Civitate offered the handmade Ferrara cappelletto in capon broth, the trio with truffle, cream, and ragù, and the historic "rich and poor" recipe with bean broth, alongside grilled meat and traditional Emilian desserts.

The evening opening from Thursday to Saturday and the Sunday lunch confirmed a tried-and-tested formula, with a play area for children and a takeaway service by reservation.
