Edition 2025 — Autoctono
Autoctono 2025, the second edition
From August 15 to 17, 2025, the village of Pellare, in Moio della Civitella (Salerno), hosted the second edition of Autoctono – Wine Festival, organized by the Pro Loco Moio della Civitella APS. Three days with free entry built around the native grape varieties of Cilento — Aglianicone, Fiano di Paestum, Santa Sofia, and Barbera del Cilento — with tasting stalls, guided tastings, workshops with sommeliers, local crafts, and activities for children.
The 2025 edition opened on August 15 with the unveiling of the Fountain of Bacchus by sculptor Emanuele Stifano, a bronze piece with mosaic details by Carla Passarelli, installed permanently in the village as a tribute to Pellare's winemaking vocation. On August 17, the Salerno delegation of ONAF, together with AIS Cilento and Vallo di Diano, conducted two tasting sessions pairing local white wines with artisanal cheeses. The evenings were enlivened by folk music concerts, folk groups, and vinyl sets until late at night.
