Augustinian Dinner 2025

The 2025 edition of the Augustinian Dinner was held on Monday, September 29, 2025, from 7:00 PM to 11:00 PM, in the cloister of the Augustinian convent that houses the Trentino Ethnographic Museum (METS) in San Michele all'Adige, in the province of Trento.

The menu proposed by the Pro Loco opened with a welcome glass of Trento DOC, followed by orzetto alla trentina, carne tonnata with boiled potatoes, sardines, and local cheeses, and concluded with strudel and fruit. Water and wine were included, with a dedicated alternative for celiacs.

The evening was accompanied by the delicate music of the Berardo-Tomaino duo. The cost was 22 euros per person (18 euros for members of the Pro Loco of San Michele all'Adige, Faedo, Mezzolombardo, Mezzocorona, Roveré della Luna, Zambana, Nave San Rocco, and Lavis). The evening confirmed the great success of the event, which attracts over two hundred participants every year.
