August in Corciano – Corciano Festival

The 61st edition of August in Corciano – Corciano Festival animated the village of Corciano in August 2025, renewing a tradition dating back to the 1960s. The programme featured a dialogue between band music, theatre, art exhibitions, and literary meetings, with the highlight being the historical re-enactments around Ferragosto: costume pageants, minstrel serenades, ancient dances, the Procession of Lights, and popular games that saw the castle districts compete. The village taverns offered traditional Umbrian flavours.
