Edition 2025 — Manfricolo Festival

The 48th edition of the Manfricolo Festival took place from August 6 to 15, 2025, in Avigliano Umbro. Ten days of taste, music, and tradition with the manfricolo tavern, dancing evenings, shows, the Osteria del Cicchio, and the Saturday white night.

The 2025 edition, the 48th, confirmed the great appeal of Agosto Aviglianese. From August 6 to 15, the Pro Loco of Avigliano Umbro tavern served the famous manfricoli in the three traditional sauces - red, white, and "zozzona" - along with Umbrian cuisine dishes.

The program alternated dancing evenings, musical performances, and theatre, with the white night on Saturday and the fireworks display. The event at the Osteria del Cicchio, very popular with younger people for its live music and informal atmosphere, was also confirmed.
