Asti Ben Essere 2025 — "Gentle Care"
The 2025 edition, the twelfth, was held at the Chapitombolo Academy in Monale (AT) with the theme "Gentle Care", from 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM.
The day offered numerous wellness practitioners — from foot reflexology to music therapy and chromotherapy, from reiki to mindfulness and counseling — alongside a rich selection of workshops and activities: biodanza, Brain Gym, multicultural ethnic cooking, Rally'O dog activities, and walks to identify medicinal herbs.
There was also space for conferences and informative snippets on conscious eating, natural cosmetics, and detergents, as well as a shared lunch and the final show by the Chapitombolo Academy. The event, supported by the Municipality of Monale, confirmed its commitment to solidarity and community values.
