Assunta Festival / Patronal Feast of Rovasenda

The 2025 edition of the Assunta Festival of Rovasenda confirmed the proven formula of the Vercelli village's patronal feast, made of religious tradition, conviviality, and a bond with the twinned town of Pontcharra.

As is customary, the food stalls offered the typical flavors of the rice-growing plains, from panissa to grilled meats, accompanied by live music and DJ sets in Piazza Castello, at the foot of the ancient manor. The procession and mass in honor of the Assumption, performances, and the friendship lunch between the communities of Rovasenda and Pontcharra, sealing their historic twinning, were all highlights of the event.
