Assoro Arancino Festival

The 2025 Assoro Arancino Festival took place on Friday, September 19, in the historic center of the village, in the province of Enna. The event, organized by the Municipality of Assoro, featured arancino tastings in its various versions alongside exhibition stands dedicated to local products.

The program included guided tours of the city's monuments: the Basilica of San Leone, a national monument, the Church and Convent of Santa Maria degli Angeli, the Mining Tradition Museum, and the ruins of the Norman Castle. An opportunity to savor Sicilian gastronomic tradition and, at the same time, discover the historical and artistic heritage of one of the most evocative villages in the Sicilian hinterland. Admission to the event was free.
