Assedio di Asola

The 2025 edition, the fortieth, of the Assedio di Asola was held from September 26 to 28, confirming the great appeal of the reenactment.

On Friday the 26th, an evening theatrical performance at the Cathedral of Sant'Andrea opened the event; on Saturday the 27th, the historic village at the Giardini del Chiese animated the entire day with shows and traditional cuisine; on Sunday the 28th, the historical procession to Piazza XX Settembre, the Palio dei Piccoli, the award ceremony for the Disfida delle Contrade, and the cooking and archery competitions concluded the three days of celebration. An edition that celebrated forty years of one of the most cherished reenactments in the province of Mantua.
